On the eve of April 12 — Science Day, a meaningful seminar was held at
the Pedagogical Institute of Astana International University for 1st–2nd year
students of the educational program “6B01505 – Physics” on the topic
“Outstanding Physicists of Kazakhstan and Their Contribution to World Science.”
The main goal of the event was to increase students’ interest in science,
promote the scientific heritage of national scholars, and provide a deeper
understanding of their contribution to the development of global science.
During the seminar, participants reviewed the works of prominent Kazakh
physicists, discussed their scientific achievements and research areas. In addition,
students exchanged views on modern trends in science, the role of young
researchers, and the importance of scientific inquiry.
The event contributed to the development of students’ scientific thinking,
research skills, and interest in science.
