Building a modern and democratic state is a
large-scale process whose success directly depends on the civic engagement and
professionalism of every leader. A vital milestone on this path for our country
was the national referendum, which united society around the idea of strategic
reforms.
It is gratifying that Serik Aztayevich Irsaliyev,
President of Astana International University (AIU), is among the citizens
recognized for their significant contribution to organizing this historic
initiative.
For his effective work in the regional headquarters of
the "For the New Constitution" coalition, Serik Aztayevich was
honored with a Letter of Gratitude from the President of the Republic of
Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. The Head of State emphasized that thanks to
the professional responsibility and clear civic stance of such experts, the
referendum was conducted in full compliance with international standards and
became a foundation for the country's future development.
