On April 8, 2026, an educational
meeting was held as part of the Week of the Economics Educational program.
Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor R.A. Yerniyazov and the
students visited the Institute of Economic Research JSC, where they were warmly
welcomed.
During the visit, the students
gained valuable knowledge about modern areas of economic research, got
acquainted with the practical aspects of analytical work and saw how
theoretical approaches are implemented in real life. Of particular interest was
the opportunity to hear expert opinions and ask questions.
Such events directly reflect the importance of achieving Sustainable Development Goal 8 — "Decent work and economic growth", contributing to the formation of professional competencies of future specialists, as well as SDG 17 — "Partnership for Sustainable Development", strengthening cooperation between an educational institution and a research organization
Such meetings play an important role for students of Astana International University: they help to better understand their future profession, broaden their horizons and motivate them to further develop.
