As part of the implementation of the scientific and pedagogical personnel training
program and the development of international academic cooperation, Nurlanov Shyngys
Nurlanuly, a second-year doctoral student of the 8D04103 «Educational Management» program
at Astana International University, is undertaking a research internship at the Scientific Research
University “M. Ryskulbekov Kyrgyz Economic University” (Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic).
The research internship is taking place from May 20 to June 18, 2026, and is aimed at
strengthening research competencies, expanding scientific cooperation, and enhancing work on
the doctoral dissertation. During the internship, the doctoral student has the opportunity to
familiarize himself with the university’s research activities, modern approaches to organizing the
educational process, and the resources of its library system. In addition, he receives academic
consultations and conducts research in collaboration with leading scholars of the host university.
Particularly valuable is the opportunity to exchange experience with international
colleagues, study best practices in educational management, and expand international scientific
networks. Such internships contribute to improving the quality of doctoral research, promoting
academic mobility, and integrating young researchers into the global academic community.
