On May 15, 2026, Astana International University hosted an official meeting with representatives of O.P. Jindal Global University as part of developing international academic cooperation and strengthening partnership ties.
During the meeting, representatives of both universities presented their institutions, shared insights into their educational and international activities, and discussed promising areas for future interaction. Special attention was paid to the issues of academic mobility for students and faculty, joint research projects, as well as guest professor programs.
The parties specifically discussed cooperation in the field of legal education, including potential joint programs in "Law", dual-degree programs, scientific research, academic exchanges, and organizing joint lectures and events.
As part of the meeting, the sides also agreed to continue the dialogue and hold additional meetings in the future to further develop joint initiatives and areas of cooperation.
The meeting was held in a constructive and friendly atmosphere. Both parties expressed their strong interest in developing long-term cooperation and strengthening academic ties between Kazakhstan and India.
